Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- dash each of cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric
- 2 cups cooked tomatoes
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cups frozen peas or green beans
Directions

Saute butter, onion, and garlic in skillet.

Add ground beef and brown.

Stir in curry powder, salt, pepper, and spices.

Stir in tomatoes, potatoes, and peas/green beans.

Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Serve with rice.
