Ingredients
- 1 pkg (8 squares) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers
- 1 peppermint candy cane (crushed)
Directions

Melt chocolate as directed on package.

Stir until completely melted. Blend in extract.

Dip crackers in melted chocolate, completely coating crackers with chocolate.

Carefully scrape off extra chocolate.

Place on wax paper covered baking sheet.

Sprinkle with crushed candy cane.

Refrigerate 30 minutes or until chocolate is firm.

For a peanut butter variation, omit peppermint extract and spread peanut butter on each cracker before dipping them in chocolate.

For a great dipping tool, break the two middle tongs off of a plastic fork.
