Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 3 cups uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 2 cups chopped onions
- salt and pepper
- blanched grape leaves
Directions

Saute the onion in the oil and add the rest of the ingredients.

Place a spoonful of filling on a grape leaf and roll up fairly tightly

Place in the bottom of a pot. Continue with the rest of the filling, layering each row on top of the last

Add 1 cup of water and more lemon juice

Cover with a heavy dish and boil for about 1 hour
