Fruited Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 (15oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a serving bowl; mix well.

  2. Blend mayonnaise, salt, tarragon, and dry mustard and pour over chicken mixture. Mix well.

  3. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
