Ingredients
- 3.4 oz box pistachio pudding
- 1 white cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 (3.4 oz.) box pistachio pudding (instant)
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350

Combine first 5 ingredients and beat on medium speed for 4 minutes

Spread in 9 × 13 greased and floured pan

Bake for 40-45 minutes

Do not over bake

Cool cake for 15 minutes, remove,then frost

Whip 2/3 cup milk and pudding together, then fold into Cool Whip.
