Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup flour
- 2 medium bell peppers, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1/2 bunch green onions chopped
- 1/4 bunch parsley, chopped
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup Chablis
- pinch of thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper
- small puff pastry shells
Directions

Cook flour in large frying pan in oil for 30 minutes on medium until golden brown

Add peppers, celery and onions and cook for another 15 minutes

Add chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes

Add wine, thyme, bay leaves, salt and pepper

Add crab, green onions and parsley

Cook for 15 minutes

Fills 75-100 shells

Can be refrigerated
