Ingredients
- 6 ounces vanilla pudding
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 can canned pumpkin
- 1 prepared pie crust
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat just until bubbling

Remove and cool for 5 minutes, stirring just twice

Pour into shell and refrigerate for 4 hours
