Refrigerator Pickles

Ingredients
- 7 cups unpeeled, sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
Directions

Mix the first four ingredients. Let stand overnight.

Drain the cucumber mixture. Heat the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumber mixture. Refrigerate.
