Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c buttered, softened
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 c milk
- 1 1/2 c coconut
- 9" unbaked pie shell
Directions

Beat sugar, eggs and salt until lemon colored. Add butter and flour.

Blend well.

Add milk and 1 cup coconut. Mix well.

Pour into pie shell.

Top with remaining coconut.

Bake at 325 about 1 hour.

Pie is done when knife inserted in center is clean when removed.
