Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- taco seasoning
- 1 onion, chopped
- 5 potatoes, diced
- 5 carrots
- 3 cans tomato sauce (16 oz total)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn, no juice, or frozen corn
- 1 can black beans or kidney beans
- 1-2 cups water
Directions

Brown the hamburger.

Add the vegetables.

Simmer until potatoes are tender.

Options: add chili powder, molasses, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, mushrooms, peppers, tabasco, green beans.

Serve with optional sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, lettuce on top
