Gravy Meat

Yummy gravy fried game meat

Ingredients
- Lean cuts of any type of game meat
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Any other spices you have in the bush
- 3 tbsp Butter/Lard or oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

Slice meat into 1cm thick slices

Coat with flour that has been seasoned with spices/salt/pepper

Heat fat in skillet at medium/high heat

Fry meat until brown on both sides

Add onions and mushrooms and fry until golden

Add water and stir to form gravy
-
Remove from heat when gravy thickens
-
EAT!
