Ingredients
- 4 quarts cubed cucumbers with seeds removed
- 1/3 c salt-mix with cucumbers and soak in water for 1 hour. Drain.
- 4 large green peppers cubed
- 5 c sugar
- 1 T celery seed
- 1 T mustard seed
- 1/2 t cloves
- 3 t tumeric
- 1 can pimentos or red pepper

Cover vary sparingly with brown vinegar. boil until transparent. cold pack 10-15 minutes. Makes 7 pints
