Tandoori Chicken (or Tofu)

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2lbs Chicken or Tofu
  • 1 Medium Container of Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 7-8 Garlic Cloves
  • 1" Fresh Ginger
  • 2-3T Tandoori Masala
  • 1t Turmeric
  • Cilantro (to taste)
  • Rice

Directions

  1. Put ginger in food processor to finely grate.

  2. Add finely chopped onion and garlic to ginger.

  3. Mix with yogurt, and add Tandoori Masala and Turmeric.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Add tofu or chicken to mix, and allow to marinate over night.

  6. Bake in over, bbq or grill.

  7. Garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice.
