Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Thigh Filet Pieces
- 2T Olive Oil
- 1 1/2T La Kama
- 1 Small Onion
- 1c Water
- 2 Carrots, Chopped
- 1/2c Zuccini, Chopped
- 1/2c Peas
- Rice or Cous Cous
Directions

Brown Chicken in olive oil until browned, Remove from heat.

Add La Kama to the same pan and lightly fry.

Add chicken back to the sauce, as well as chopped onion and water.

Cover and DO NOT LIFT LID for 15 minutes.

Add Carrots and simmer for about 8 minutes (until carrots are almost tender)

Stir in other veggies and allow to cook until tender.

If sauce is to runny, remove veggies and chicken, and allow the sauce to simmer until it thickens up.

Serve over rice or cous cous.
