Ingredients
- 3 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 large white onion
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 5 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1-2 jalapenos diced ( or reserve and serve on the side)
- 2-4 cups beef stock
- 3 29 oz cans kidney beans
- 1 15 oz can black beans
- 2T Mojave chili and Ribs Seasoning
- 8 oz El Pato hot tomato sauce (Yellow Can)
- 1 sm can tomato paste
- 2 28 oz can of stewed tomatoes (Diced/chopped into chunks)
- 3 Tbs cumin
- 1 Tbs oregano
- salt/pepper to taste
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Chopped Green Onion
- Sour Cream
- Corn Bread
Directions

Brown the meat and onion, add the garlic and jalapeno for the last two minutes.

Add the stewed tomato, El Pato, and 2 cups of beef broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add paprika, chili powder, beans with the liquid and any other spices.

Simmer 1 – 2 hours.

Serve with goodies: shredded cheese, chopped green onion, sour cream, and don’t forget the corn bread muffins!
