“Healthified” Garlic Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 medium white and/or yellow-fresh potato or sweet potato (6 to 8 ounces), cut lengthwise into 1/8 inch-thick slices
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Snipped fresh chives

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Coat potato slices with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

  2. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the potatoes are browened and crisp. (If any slices brown more quickly than others, remove than from baking sheet and keep warm). If desired, garnish them with snipped fresh chives.
