Slow Cooker Roast Pork with Fruit

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 boneless pork loin roast ( 2 lb)
- 1 package (8 oz) dried pears or dried plums (1.5 cups)
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a 4-5 quart slow cooker, place onion, Place pork on onion; top with fruit.

In small bowl, mix remaining ingredients, pour over fruit.

Cover; cook on low heat setting 7 – 9 hours or until pork is tender. Serve fruit mixture over pork.
