Beefy Greek Pita Folds

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 cup finely copped peeled cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped seeded tomato
- 1 container (8 oz) low-fat plain yogurt (1 cup)
- 1 tsp dried dill weed
- 4 soft Greek-style pita breads, heated

In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, onion, garlic, oregano, and 1/4 tsp of salt over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, utnil beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in olives.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together cucumber, tomato, yogurt, dill and remaining 1/4 tsp salt.

Spoon 1/4 of beef mixture on half of each pita. Top each with yogurt mixture; fold other half of pita over filing. Serve with remaining yogurt mixture.
