Basque Seasoning

Adapted from my mom’s recipe she gave me, which had truly odd quantities – experiemented and searched her cookbooks to find this recipe.

Ingredients
- 2# Salt (3# can be used, I just thought it was a little salty)
- 1/2 Cup Black Pepper
- 1/2 C Paprika (Lrg spice container)
- 1/2 C Garlic Powder (1 Lrg spice container)
- 1/2 C granulated Onion (1 Lrg spice container)
- 1/4 C Thyme (1 Sm spice container)
- 1/4 C Marjorum (1 Sm spice container)
- 1/4 C Celery Salt (1 Sm spice container)
Directions

Mix all together, store in air tight container, Yields about 6 cups
