- 16 oz pumpkin
- 23 oz evaporated skim milk
- 3 eggs
- 5 1/2 teaspoons equal
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Directions

Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs in a medium bowl

Add remaining ingredients

Pour into shell

eheat oven to 425.

Bake for 15 minutes and reduce to 350
