Equal Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 9" pie crust
  • 16 oz pumpkin
  • 23 oz evaporated skim milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 1/2 teaspoons equal
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves

Directions

  1. Beat pumpkin, milk and eggs in a medium bowl

  2. Add remaining ingredients

  3. Pour into shell

  4. eheat oven to 425.

  5. Bake for 15 minutes and reduce to 350

  6. Bake for about 40 more minutes
