Ingredients
- 1 lb baby carrot
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Paula Deen's house seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, coat the carrots with the olive oil.

Toss with the House Seasoning and place in a Roasting Pan.

Roast until tender, approximately 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and toss the carrots with butter and chopped parsley.
