Ingredients
- Cookies:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup mashed ripe banana
- Icing:
- 1 cup Confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix together the flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.

Cream the butter and then slowly beat in the sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat until well mixed. Stir in the vanilla.

Mix together the flour mixture, butter mixture and banana until smooth.

Drop by teaspoon full about 1 1/4 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown.

Remove from cookie sheet and tranfer to a wire rack to cool.

Drizzle with icing (Directions for icing: Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl).
