Gluten Free Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 egg stiff whites
  • 1 cup toasted chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Combine the first 4 ingredients

  2. Add egg whites and stir

  3. When mixture starts looking like fudge, add nuts

  4. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

  5. Form into balls and drop on parchment paper

  6. Bake in a preheated 300 oven until shiny and cracked
