Parsley, Sage, Rosemary & Thyme Rub

Use for roast potatoes, carrots, onions, as well as beef, pork, and chicken.

Ingredients
- 1/8 cup dried rosemary
- 1/8 cup dried parsley
- 2 Tbsp. dehydrated or granulated garlic
- 3 Tbsp. coarse kosher or sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. dried sage
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to mix.

Transfer to a covered jar. Store in cool dry place.

The rub will keep for several months.
