Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. sweet Hungarian paprika
- 1 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic or garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. celery salt
Directions

Combine all ingredients and whisk or stir with a fork, trying to break up any lumps of brown sugar.
