Pasta ’N Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. macaroni or pasta shells, uncooked
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges segments, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 (6 oz.) contained low-fat yogurt, lemon or vanilla
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed. Drain, rinse with cold water.

  2. Combine all ingredients, EXCEPT yogurt and strawberries, in a medium bowl; mix gently.

  3. Stir in yogurt; mix gently to coat.

  4. Cover, refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.

  5. Stir in strawberries just before serving.
