Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cut up
- 4 l/2 oz. jar or can of sliced mushrooms, drained
- l/2 cup of green onions, sliced
- l/2 tsp salt
- l cup swiss cheese, shredded
- l l/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup baking mix (Bisquick)
- 3 eggs
Directions

at oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate l0xl l/2. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onion, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in a blender on high for 20 seconds or l min. with hand beater or wire wisk. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in the center & the edge comes out clean. (About 30-35 min.) Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
