Ingredients
- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup regular rolled oats
- 2 T oat bran
- 2 T flax meal
- 2 T sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 T oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 T water (more or less)
Directions

butter or spray skillet

mix dry ingredients in a bowl

mix first three wet ingredients (skip water for now) in a different bowl

heat skillet to medium
-
add dry ingredients into the wet bowl and mix just until barely blended

add around 2 T of water if needed

oil pan with real butter so outside of pancake will absorb the taste

spoon batter onto skillet cook for 3-5 min

flip and cook for another couple min

serve with all your favorite toppings
