- 1 butter golden cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can mandarin oranges 11 oz(including juice)
- frosting:
- 1 three oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 8oz cool whip

grease and flour cookie sheet

bake in large cookie sheet at 325 for 20-30 min

let cool

frosting:

mix together

spread on top of cake

sprinkle coconut on top
