Ingredients

• 1 butter golden cake mix
• 3/4 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 can mandarin oranges 11 oz(including juice)
• frosting:
• 1 three oz. package instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 8oz cool whip

Directions

1. beat together

2. grease and flour cookie sheet

3. bake in large cookie sheet at 325 for 20-30 min

4. let cool

5. frosting:

6. mix together

7. spread on top of cake

8. sprinkle coconut on top

9. refrigerate till serving
