Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg (optional)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 3 T yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions

mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt

add honey vanilla, bananas, eggs, and yogurt

coat a 9×5 loaf pan with non cooking spray

spread batter into pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 min or just until toothpick inserted comes out clean

remove from oven, let sit for ten mintues, invert onto a rack or serving board, cool and slice

add sliced bananas and about 1/3 cup of walnuts, raisons, or dried cranberries on top of serving
