Ingredients
- 4 1/2oz chocolate wafer pro to crumb
- 4 T butter unsalted melted
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 T powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 oz bitter sweet chocolate curled or grated
Directions

in a small bowl combine cookie crumbe and melted butter

press into bottom of spring pan

place in frig

beat with electric mixer on high, cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peak forms

gently fold in half of chocolate

spoon whipped filling over prepared crust

decorate with remaining chocolate

refrigerate for 2 hrs or overnight
