- 3 T peanut oil
- 2 T toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 T honey
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 whole chicken breast
- 5-7 large Napa Cabbage Shredded
- 1 red bell pepper slice 1" strips
- 4 scallions, thinely slice
- 1 T chopped cilantro
- 3 head Boston Lettuce
