Ingredients

• 8 apples sliced, empire/macintosh is best
• *put slice apples in a 9x13 (butter or pam sprayed pan)
• batter:
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup oil
• 1.5 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1tsp baking soda
• 2 cup flour
• topping:
• 2/3 of 8oz cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla
• powdered sugar (until desired thickness)

Directions

1. mix entire batter together and pour over apples

2. bake at 350 for 1 hr, do a knife check

3. let cool then add topping
