- topping:
- 1 T flour
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 T softened butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup choc morsels
- cake:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

preheat oven to 350

in bowl combine flour, brown sugar, butter, and mix well

stir in nuts and chocolate morsels

cake:

in small bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt- set aside

in large bowl combine butter, sugar, and vanilla and mix well

add eggs one at a time, beat well after each egg

gradually add flour mixture, alternating with sour cream

fold in remaining choc morsels

spread into gread 13×9×2 pan

sprinkle topping evenly over batter

bake at 350 for 45 min
