Ingredients
- 1 loaf french baquette
- 5 T olive oil, divided
- 4 large Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup asiago cheese or feta cheese
- 1/2 cup minced basil or cilantro
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
Directions

cut bread diagonally into 3/4 in slice using 3 T olive oil, brush both sides of bread

toast at 350 for 5 min per side or until golden brown

in a med bowl mix all ingred, spoon over toasted bread and serve

if not serving immed. refrigerate and bring to room temp before serving
