Hae Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesean
  • 1/4 cup grated romano
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled, and minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • salt and pep to tase
  • 1 14oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 1/2 can frozen choppen spinach, thawed and diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzeralla

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. lightly grease a small baking sheet

  3. in a med bowl mix together cream cheese, mayo, two cheeses, garlic, basil, garlic salt, salt n pep, and gently stil in artichoke hearts and spinach

  4. transfer the mixture to prepared dish

  5. top with mozzerella cheese and bake for 25 min until bubbly and golden brown
