Ingredients
- 1 package pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
- 1 lb ground beed
- 1 15oz can spicy chili beans undrained
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
- optional - green onion slices, sour cream, ripe olives, chopped jalapenos
Directions

unfold pie crust, place in 9 in pie pan

price bottom and sidee with fork and flute adege

cut 13 (2in) triable pieces from remaining crust

place around crust edge

backe at 425 for 9-11 min or until light golden brown

in a large skillet brown ground beef; drain

add chili bean, salsa, and 1 cup of cheese, mis well

cook over lwo heat for 2-3 min or until cheese is melted

spoon meat mixture into baked shell, top wtih remaining ingredients
