Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 9 oz cool whip
  • graham crackers
  • topping:
  • 1 oz choc
  • 1.5 cup confectionary sugar
  • 3 T butter
  • 3 T milk
  • 2 tsp light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. after mixing pudding and milk for two min add coolwhip and mix well

  2. butter 9×13 pan, line with honey graham crackers

  3. pour half of pudding mixture over crackers

  4. add another layer of graham crackers

  5. pour the rest of pudding mixture

  6. add another layer of crackers

  7. lt- two square of choc (1 oz), 2 tsp light corn syrup, 3 T butter and 3T milk, then add one tsp vanilla and 1.5 cup confectionary sugar, mix well and pour over last layer of graham crackers

  8. cover and refrigerate for two hrs befor serving
