shrimp scampi

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb fresh shelled and divided large shrimp
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp lemon jiuc
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano leaves
  • 1/8 tsp pep
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsely

Directions

  1. crush garlic

  2. add butter and next four inged on low heat until butter is melted

  3. cook shrimp in pan for about two to three min

  4. add parsely

  5. serve over linguini or rice
