Ingredients
- 3 T rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dark brown sugar
- 1 T freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 T grated fresh vinegar
- 1/2 very small Thai chili pepper finelly chopped (or 1/4 tsp vietnamese chili paste of 1/4 tsp red pep flakes)
- 1 T toasted sesame oil
- 1 large cucumber peeled and very thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup loosely packed roughly chopped fesh basil
- 1/4 cup loosely packed roughly chopped fresh mint
