asain cucumber salad

Ingredients

  • 3 T rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 T freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 T grated fresh vinegar
  • 1/2 very small Thai chili pepper finelly chopped (or 1/4 tsp vietnamese chili paste of 1/4 tsp red pep flakes)
  • 1 T toasted sesame oil
  • 1 large cucumber peeled and very thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed roughly chopped fesh basil
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed roughly chopped fresh mint
