Ingredients
- 1 T EVOO
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 16 oz cans great northern beans, drained
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 2 T chicken seasoning
- 1/4 t thyme
- 4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 3/4 t vege-sal
Directions

Saute onion, celery & garlic in evoo.

Add rest of ingredients and simmer 20 min.

remove from heat.

blend 2 cups soup and add again.
