Chicken and pineapple sandwich

Ingredients
- Marinade
- 1 kiwi, sliced and mashed
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper
- 2 chicken breast halves, fat removed
- 4 pineapple slices, fresh or canned
- 8 bread slices
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1/4 cup bacon-flavored bits
Directions

Marinate and grill chicken (lightly roll chicken flat with press)

Cut each breast into 8 strips

Grill pineapple (spray with oil) for 2-4 min

Spread honey mustard on toast, top with ingredients
