Pineapple Meatballs

Jack likes them, I added more pineapple sauce from the tidbits.

Ingredients
- Sauce
- 8 oz pineapple tidbits
- 2 tbsp pineapple sauce from tidbits
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- Meatballs
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
- salt

Combine sauce ingredients in small bowl. Set Aside

Combine meatball ingredients in med bowl, shape into 40 balls.

Heat nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Spray with oil

Cook meatballs for 10 min, turning constantly, drain well on paper towels.

Wipe skillet, return meatballs to skillet.

Stir sauce and spoon over meatballs, increase heat to high.

Cook 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly with rubber scraper.
