Ingredients
- 1 pound (dry) ziti or other short tube-shaped pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 jars (26 oz. each) spaghetti sauce (I like Prego Traditional flavor)
- 6 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups sour cream
- 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (I usually use more—just dump it on until it meets your personal Daily Cheese Requirement.)
Directions

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.

Brown onion and ground beef in large skillet; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 minutes.

eheat oven to 350. Grease a 9×13 pan. Layer as follows: ½ the pasta, provolone cheese, sour cream, ½ sauce mixture, remaining pasta, mozzarella, remaining sauce mixture.

Bake for about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
