Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 cups oats (I use quick)

Directions

  1. Stir together eggs, oil, sugar, and milk.

  2. Combine baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and oats. Add to wet ingredients and mix.

  3. Spread in a greased baking dish.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve with fresh raspberries and a little splash of half & half.
