Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 cups oats (I use quick)
Directions

Stir together eggs, oil, sugar, and milk.

Combine baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and oats. Add to wet ingredients and mix.

Spread in a greased baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve with fresh raspberries and a little splash of half & half.
