Ingredients
- (Note: vegetable amounts are approximate and should be adjusted as desired)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 C cabbage, finely chopped
- 3 C carrots, finely chopped
- soy sauce
- worchestshire sauce
- garlic powder
- salt
- 1-2 packages square wonton wrappers
- oil
Directions

Mix together ground beef, lettuce, and carrots

Add sauces, garlic, and salt to taste (usually quite a bit of each – you can usually tell by the smell if it’s a good mixture for you)

Wrap meat mixture in wonton skins (follow directions on wonton skin package). You’ll only need a little bit of meat in each wrapper

Put oil in deep pan or deep fryer, heat on medium to medium-high heat

Fry jiaozi until golden-brown, flipping occasionally for an even amount of cooking

Suspend on cooling racks over many paper towels so extra oil can drip off

Serve with soy sauce and rice
