Microwave Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup milk or evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix sugar, salt, and cocoa in large bowl

  2. Drop in butter in four pieces

  3. Pour in milk

  4. Cook in microwave for two minutes on high

  5. Stir lightly

  6. Beat thoroughly and stir in nuts and vanilla

  7. Spread in 10″ × 8″ dish

  8. Place in freezer for 20 minutes or refrigerator for 45 minutes
