Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c squash, cooked, strained and mashed
- 1 t salt
- 1 1/2 c milk, canned
- 3 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 T butter, melted

Bake at 425 for 45-55 min (or reduce heat after 15-20 min to 375).
