  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 wheat bran
  • 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 cup flaxseed, ground
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp orange rind, chopped
