Bacon and Egg white Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp onion, diced
- 1 bacon, chopped
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 2 egg whites
- pepper
- 1 tomato slice, chopped
- 1 tortilla

Heat skillet over medium heat

Coat with cooking spray, add onion and bacon to pan and cook for 2 minutes. Add pepper and cook 2 more minutes. Add eggwhites and cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pepper

Place egg mixture and tomato on a tortilla and roll up.
