Bacon and Egg white Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp onion, diced
  • 1 bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 2 egg whites
  • pepper
  • 1 tomato slice, chopped
  • 1 tortilla

Directions

  1. Heat skillet over medium heat

  2. Coat with cooking spray, add onion and bacon to pan and cook for 2 minutes. Add pepper and cook 2 more minutes. Add eggwhites and cook 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pepper

  3. Place egg mixture and tomato on a tortilla and roll up.
